JPH: Jurnal Pembaharu Hukum with registered number ISSN 2746-6183 (Online) is a periodical scientific journal published by the Faculty of Law of Universitas Pancasakti Tegal as one of the media for the Faculty of Law students as dissemination of sciences, ideas, and innovations Vision to be the leading scientific  Jurnal Pembaharu Hukum of legal sciences.

JPH: Jurnal Pembaharu Hukum publishes normative research results, empirical research results, and conceptual ideas. The publication of the Journal Pembaharu Hukum is conducted 2 (two) times a year each in June and December.

Critics and suggestions for the completion of this journal will be delighted to be welcomed for the improvement of the law of Jurnal Pembaharu Hukum. The end word to all those who have helped all the publishing process for this edition, we thank you and the maximum appreciation.

Articles are written in Bahasa Indonesia or English and reviewed by competence reviewers. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Jurnal Pembaharu Hukum should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be rejected by editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format.
