Abstract

Summons letter (relaas) is one of the important instruments in the court proceedings. Without subpoenas the parties to the trial have no legal basis. Subpoenas in civil procedure law are categorized as authentic deed. The birth of Perma No. 1 of 2019 gives authority to bailiffs in court to convey relaas online. This type of research uses field research. The main data sources are primary data, data collection methods used in document studies, literature studies and interviews. Data analysis using qualitative normative analysis. The results showed that the court proceedings number: 4337/Pdt.G/2019/PA. Bbs uses general rules in accordance with the provisions applicable in the Proceedings Procedure at the Brebes Religious Court. However, relaas process to the Applicant is carried out electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 Perma No. 1 of 2019. The application of Perma No. 1 year 2019 in the Brebes Religious Court relaas to the applicant is carried out electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of The Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2019 which authorizes the Bailiffs of the Court to submit relaas online. Electronic summons is a summons and notice that is appropriate and valid and not contrary to the law.
