Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Tenaga Kerja Penyandang Disabilitas

Abstract

This research aims to know the implementation of legal protection for workers with disabilities, the Era of regional autonomy has given authority to the area to do business in the region in accordance with the principle of regional autonomy in which the local government structures established by the entity that are entered in the organizational structure of regional devices that correspond to the problems and challenges that exist in the area. The problem of legal protection for workers with disabilities is also not separated from the obligations of local government, including Tegal district to carry out its duties in the framework of regional autonomy. The approach method approaches used in this study is normative-empirical.
